Who We Are:
Métis Calgary Family Services Society’s vision is for our healthy families to flourish in society. We believe that our urban Indigenous community has the capability and is best poised to decide as to the needs of our families and children; a commitment to building a community & programs where Indigenous children and families are welcomed, supported and valued. As an Urban Indigenous organization, we recognize and embrace the diversity within our Indigenous community in Calgary as well as the broader non native community. Respect, trust, compassion, and honesty are the value cornerstones of who we are and fundamentals of how we govern ourselves, a reflection of our urban Indigenous community.
