We met with the board members of the Erin Woods Community Association on Monday September 8, 2025, where we presented our schematic design package. See link to presentation slides below.

Our team had a productive meeting the ward councillor on January 29, 2026. We introduced our proposal, the history and the mission behind the project. We also committed to a continued and transparent communication on the project progress and updates to his office and the Erin Woods Community.

Open House

We had an Open House Session with the broader community on Thursday, February 19, 2026.

We have submitted the Land Use and Development Permit applications and have just received comments back from the city.

We are responding to city comments and are putting together a "What We Heard Report" on our engagement thus far.
